BAND FORMED IN 1980

This site has the purpose of keeping alive all memories of the band and friends, covering all those years on the road together. Story and more photo pages will be added over time.

Dirtie Bertie is still gigging (see link to current site) and some of the original members have formed a new band, which is keeping the raw drive of the early years.

Details will be posted, but they are now in busy rehearsal mode. (Remember Ray Pye / Harry Hancock / Rockin` Dave Robbo?)
They are joined by Bobbie Morgan and Gaz.

We will have a page and photos on the late Keith Dalison, (and the band Fang) uploaded soon. They influenced us by their music in the seventies, which helped us form Dirtie Bertie
 

Also remembering the late "barefoot" (john), a drum tech and No.1 roadie from our beginning. A page will be dedicated to him in the future.

Dirtie Bertie? ..... The name is taken from a song written by the late Keith Dalison, singer and front man with the legendary band Fang. Keith sang with the Berties at the King Charles Hotel in Gillingham 24 to 28 years ago, there are pics from some of these gigs on the photo's pages.
